AS a new player Idk wtf you're doing

I know this is old but I just decided to get New Dawn. I can't complete this mission. I do everything right, I pick up the kit, climb up the ladder, and it never triggers her to say all that dialog you showed in that video. She just stands there crouched down looking at the hole, even when I talk to her. And sometimes she says stuff about violence and not wanting to go through that again. There was no violence that I saw. I walked right up to her, she gave me the quest, I did everything, and then nothing. And I can't upgrade Prosperity to level 3 without her. This sucks so bad.

I really hated this mission..and the fact you have to do it as one of the first missions was a real headache..thx👍
