Hey @MeirMartin, this video is more about explaining what DAM is, which is a bit difficult to do if I stop talking. 😉 But, we’ll definitely consider doing a “how it works” video next! Stay tuned for more content.

Thanks for the analysis! I have a quick question: My OKX wallet holds some USDT, and I have the seed phrase. (air carpet target dish off jeans toilet sweet piano spoil fruit essay). What's the best way to send them to Binance?
@Plytix3 күн бұрын
Thank you for your question! Just a quick note: never share your seed phrase publicly, as it's the key to your wallet. For security-related help, it's best to contact official support for those platforms. Stay safe!

Hi @girmaa5480, I've just tested it and it works for me. I've tested it with this product 👉www.amazon.com/Portable-Mechanical-Keyboard-MageGee-Backlit/dp/B098LG3N6R When I type "B098LG3N6R+keyboard" or "B098LG3N6R+mouse" into the Amazon search bar you can see the keyboard appears, but when I type "B098LG3N6R+scrunchie" it doesn't show up and I get the message "No results for B098LG3N6R+scrunchie."

Hi Manoella! Quick question from me: I'm using daches: "-" (Word A-Word B) in all my hidden keywords, because I've read that Amazon will index all 4 different combinations of those keywords: Word A, Word B, WordAWordB combined and WordA WordB separated. Is that correct or should I better delete all the dashes because Amazon gets confused and probably indexes none of the keywords or just a few of them? Thank you very much for your answer!! Philipp
@Plytix5 ай бұрын
Hey Phillip (@fish.fluencer), I've replied in your other question but in case anyone else has the same one, yep! Using the dash is beneficial especially for words like cell-phone
@Fish.fluencer6 ай бұрын
Hi Manoella! I'm using a lot of dashes in my hidden keywords: "WORD A-WORD B" to connect different words, because I've read that in this way Amazon will index my keywords in 4 ways: Word A, Word B, Words A+B written separated and Words A+B written together. -> Is that correct or should I better take out all the dashes in the hidden keywords? Thank you! Philipp
@Plytix5 ай бұрын
Hey @fish.fluencer, you're absolutely correct, Amazon does say that using dashes captures more versions of the word so keep using them

250 bytes? what does that even mean.
@Plytix6 ай бұрын
That's a really good question @somerandy3062 ! And it can get a bit confusing but basically a byte is a is a measure of data storage whereas a character is the textual symbol in writing. In most encoding schemes, one character uses one byte. In the English alphabet, for example, each character is one byte, but other languages have diacritics or other letters that require more than one byte. For example A is one byte, but Á is two bytes. "?" is one byte, but "ˆ" is two bytes. Good news though, it looks like Amazon changed their backend keywords limit from 250 bytes, to 500 characters!
@somerandy30626 ай бұрын
From what I understand its 2500 characters now. @@Plytix

Can you add keywords to another company’s products that you are selling
@Plytix5 ай бұрын
If it's your own listing on Amazon, yes. Amazon uses a collection of the information all sellers have for the same product.

Hi, I have a listing on FBM & FBA of the same item, am currently updating my Listing's details and was wondering where the Generic Keyword should be listed on FBM or FBA or both?
@Plytix6 ай бұрын
Hi, we always suggest adding utilizing the space available on both to add as much relevant information as possible since Amazon uses the information it deems most useful based on all contributions from all users for a particular product.

more sheets more problems, couldn't agree more!
@bryang16 ай бұрын
I dont disagree with your position fundamentally but many of the arguments you use to make your point arent completely true. For example, when saying that you would need mutiple sheets or workbooks of data to store mutiple versions of your data, implying that you would have to maintain all these sheets / workbooks separately isn't exactly true. If you are using excel you could very easily create a single table which is the "single source of truth" and use power query to read from that table data, transform it to the required output necessary for whatever system it needs to go to and then output it to a different sheet or workbook. This implementation would only require a single button click to refresh all the "other" sheets/workbooks and therefore you only have to maintain the original Table of data. Another example you use is when you said spreadsheets cannot export data in a different format that is required for other systems (ie shopify, amazon, etc..), which is also not completely true. If using google sheets you could, similarly to the power query implementation above, have a single table in your workbook with all your products and use google scripts to not only format the data but also send it to a systems REST api, using urlFetchApp for example.

Is a product feed different from a PIM? If so, how?
@Plytix7 ай бұрын
Great question Jairo! Yes, a PIM and a product feed are two different things, but they go hand in hand, and most PIM software have features to help create product feeds. Think of it like a cell phone; traditionally a cell phone's main job is to be able to call on the go, but most cell phones today can also surf the internet (and let's be honest-unless you're intentionally trying to stay off the grid, chances are you wouldn't buy a cell phone that didn't let you surf the internet, right?). A PIM tool's main job is to create a central source of truth for all your product data so you're not wasting time tracking down or updating data across different spreadsheets and systems. Taking that accurate data and creating feeds for different channels is another common time-consuming task, so a good PIM system will have features to automate that process for you. Hope this answers your question 😄

How to get my Amazon Products Indexed correctly ?
@Plytix6 ай бұрын
Use relevant keywords in your product title, description, and backend keywords, as these can all contribute to your product getting indexed.
