Hey guys no issues even though you put every page in protective sleeve? It states "Do not use binders or folders that we cannot easily disassemble."

No problems at all, in fact when I got my pictures back at the interview, they were still in the sleeves and the interviewer commented on how handy they were.

Hi Robert thank you so much for taking the time to share with us your K1 visa application. I’m the beneficiary and I’d like to ask specifically about items 37 and 38a-38h. I checked Yes for item 37 because I’ve been in the US to visit him and his family last December but it was just for a week. Then it says “If your beneficiary is CURRENTLY in the US, complete items 38a-38h”. I’m no longer in the US but in the instructions it says “Provide the date of your beneficiary’s most recent entry in the US...”. Shall we still provide the details of my recent entry in the US? I just didn’t want them to think that I’m still in America.

No problem! In short, yes you should tell them about your most recent trip, be as truthful and accurate as possible. They can actually just look up your I94 record with your passport number to tell when you left or if you're still in the country as well. (I 94 is your record of entry and exit in and out of the country which is automatically produced, you can look up your record online.) :)

I have another question, for Part 2 question 54 about the circumstances of in-person meeting, should it be limited only to those times when both of you are dating? Because in our case, we’ve been friends (more like best friends) since 2015 we’ve had a bunch of experiences together as friends until he was stationed (military) back in the US in 2018. We started dating five months ago. 😁

@@lifelovefaith Hi again, no I don't think they want to know all the times you guys met as friends as it'll take up too much of their time, they're trying to determine if the relationship is real and not anything prior. Saying that, briefly mentioning you were friends and met a few times before dating won't hurt your love story / backstory, just don't go into detail.

Well the form is only meant to be filled out by the petitioner, so there isn't any need for you to take it to the Philippines :)

💯💯💯✔️✔️✔️ Thank you guys for sharing your journey. I went through the same process and it took us 5 months from filing to moving in the US. The secret is to be well prepared as early as possible and doing your own research. In fact I made a step by step process about K1 visa to at least make it simple for everybody who are going to do the same thing.

Hello Robert, I was wondering since you have been to the US quite a few times, did you have to include the most recent Form I-95 and filled out the information of your last travel in the US which is section Item Numbers 37. - 38.h. “With Form I-94 Arrival-Departure Record. Select the box to indicate whether your beneficiary has ever been in the United States” such details. I live here in UK and just visited him for a week in Cali. Dont want to confuse them that I am still in America if I filled in the details unnecessarily. I’d highly appreciate your response. Cheers!

Hello, glad to help ya. Yep I put in my most recent I-95 up to that point, although at the time of submitting I was in America with my finance, but it doesn't matter so long as they have the most recent I-95, they can check to see if you left (in my case by the time they openness my case I was back in blighty) Hope that helps!

It was all approved! I moved to the USA August 1st, married Aug 10th. Sent off Adjustment of status mid September and I've been notified my case is ready for final green card interview. I'm now waiting on them to give me an interview date 👍

Not at all, I think you can apply for the visa at any point in a relationship so long as it's legitimate and you can prove so. You must have met your fiance in person in the past two years though to be allowed to apply though

Hi. Great video. I do have a question. For the passport pictures did both of you sign the back also? I read the instructions and it stated to print, so I wrote my name on the back in all capital letters.
