Nik has always been one of my secret 80s hero's with his catchy pop-rock songs. I've just bought tickets for his 7 December 2024 performance in Amsterdam. Will be my very fist time seeing him live. Finally, after all those years ......❤🎉

Despite being many years ago. An absolutely happy song from both E.J. and N.K.

Hi Dark Corner, Thanks to you we get to see what Nik was saying and expressed visually much more clearly. Did anyone see the Matrix part when Nik sang "its not me you see" and then he put his hand through the mirror. Nothing is new when you look into the past. Regardless thanks Dark Corner for another really good improvement of an old video.

3 original music videos were discussed: 1. Level 42 - The Chant Has Begun 2. The Alarm - The Chant Has Just Begun 3. Moody Blues - Your Wildest Dreams Find them on KZbin, they are all worth seeing! I was a huge Nik fan in 1984, but only discovered Level 42 a year later, and I had recorded the Moody Blues song off a classmate's boombox, but didn't know them at all yet! And I was in mainland Europe, no chance of seeing this show. Such was life before MTV.

I don't know. The video was beautiful as It was and so strange and unique as the Song. No Need for me of any addictions. So I personally don't like it much.

Slightly off calling it the ‘definitive version’ when I is the opposite to that. Oh well.

I personally can never have enough of my hero Nik. I’m a 71 year old rocker with a bucket list to meet Nik, shake his hand and tell him how influential he’s been in my musical life journey. God bless you Nik, Nicky, Far Past Dark
