The widespread revolt by Royal Indian armed forces and public uprising triggered by Netaji's INA during Redfort trial in February 1946 forced British govt to declare Indian independence and accordingly left India next year in 1947. This chapter of history was suppressed by Congress govt to give credit of independence to Gandhi and Congress party. Shyam Benegal tactfully downplayed Netaji Subhas in his "..forgotten hero" as if Bose failed to liberate India and Congress awarded Shyam Benegal for downplaying Netaji by making him Rajya Sabha MP.

Mahatma Gandhi is the man whom I don't prefer, especially after Congress forced him into our education rather than Subhash Chandra Bose. If we were to work by Gandhi's tactics until now... we would still be a country like Pakistan...Non-violence doesn't work in real-time. Sometimes it's time to face the enemy hand-to-hand rather than waving stupid posters and USELESS marches where nobody cares what the effect is because there is none. The real reason for our freedom is Sir Subhash Chandra Bose and I am not at all afraid to say that Gandhi wasn't that useful in working out India's freedom as Subhash Chandra Bose was. Also, Gandhi was the one who forced India to be under the rule of Jawaharlal Nehru and after that under Congress's rule for 70 years so that's why I say I HATE YOU GANDHIS BECAUSE OF YOU WE HAVE LOST BILLIONS OF DOLLARS AND MILLIONS OF PEOPLE.

Netaji replied, you can google it 😁 point is after that also, netaji was not so "Yes sir" to hitler.. in fact he was a very vocal person who have expressed his views even against hitler while staying in germany..😉 he was netaji subhash chandra bose.. he cannot be shutup by the likes of hitler... the only reason he went to germany for help was because brittisher were worse than nazi.. in india.. infact netaji have clearly expressed his dissatisfaction to books demeaning indians authored by hitler.. and netaji was also clear that if there is an army for the independence of india... then that army will be headed by indians only and hence the azad hind faun (Indian national army) whose base was earlier singapore and then burma.. was always headed by generals amd commanders who were indians and neither japanese or germans.. secondly, hitler was so much impressed that this indian man with nothing to offer is so vocal have such a dynamic personality that hitler himself was intimidated by netaji's personality... netaji's speech on disagreement with hitler on various terms during a conference were more applauded than hitler's speech... and when netaji went to japan.. he was respected because of his diplomatic skills and personality not because he came back from germany.
