Whilst I do like that the screen site below that one piece of glass, the size of the screen comes into view and looks spartan with all the empty space around it, giving the impression of it being smaller than it actually is. And sadly that SOC just doesn't seem to give wale when you compare it's age to how newer versions have evolved. £$150 is more realistic to feel an attractive purchase.

I agree with the screen, but I think the chip for this price is completely fine. Just compare it to the other competitors, f.e. the odin1 pro costs still $199 and only has a sd845 or just look at the bench marks of the rg cube compared to the mini. That's an insane gap, although the cube is also around this price point.

It does look like such a nice device. I just have a really hard time spending 200 bucks on a 3 1/2 inch screen or 3.7 inch screen.

2:47 Holy shit, those blacks are awful. And what's with the insane amount of haloing/blooming? This screen really isn't OLED, is it? I've seen A LOT of videos of this and it looks like a poor quality IPS. The blacks are NEVER black, they're always illuminated, the haloing/blooming is insane (which doesn't happen on OLED), and the colors (which this video lacks, but still) are so smooth and dull.
