Thank you for sharing this video. I have been invited for an interview by employers in Ireland. They have already informed me via email to answer 25 questions that will appear on the screen of my computer during the interview. Once I complete them, they will get in touch via phone to inform me of my performance. They have mentioned that they can only proceed with applicants who meet the residency or visa requirements to work in Ireland. Could you please help me understand what this means? I am currently living in Ethiopia, Africa. Am I eligible for this opportunity based on their criteria? Please, I need your help even privately.

Sorry there I haven’t heard of any employer requesting people to answer questions before interview. You must do some research on the employer or offer before proceeding. Unfortunately we donot do any overseas recruitment at present. So I can’t be of any help to you.
