salam akh, the only issue that comes to mind is nowadays all influencers and potential clients, especially those who arent muslim, create content that involves some form of music playing on the background, even if the niche of their content itself is something halal like tech, fashion etc. Is this not a problem when working with them, helping get them brand deals as they are doing something wrong?

Asalaam Alaikum, Brother I am in difficult situation due to my wife who left me and went to court and now I am supposed to pay her every month 13000 rs already accumulated to 154000 and I have no money so I end up in custody then whatever little money I can collect goes to lawyers and bail. It seems I cant get a response from you brother as I have started the procedure but am now stuck. How do you ensure the Influencer and brand do not backstab you using a contract. Because prior to the contract being signed you will tell the influencer who the brand is. and prior to the contract being signed you will also tell the brand who the influencer is. this allows them both to skip me and contact eachother. So what would I do in this case. Got multiple Influencers waiting for my response akhi. JazaAllah khair
