Well done Leah! You answered everything so thoroughly (I wish some of our politicians would take a leaf out of your book!). I already knew you were a very good actress but I have a new found respect for how you coped with those very long rehearsals and performances of Woolf. These are great videos - keep going (and it’s always nice though see your smile) x

Hi Leah - well done again on a great video. One of the things you talked about that I’m really interested in is how our minds work when we have phobias/ irrational fears. We can know intellectually that there is probably not going to be any dire consequence if the thing we fear actually happens, but that doesn’t seem to help us to overcome the fear at all. In fact, it can make us feel embarrassed or even ashamed of the fear (which obviously makes it harder to tackle). For the Q & A for the next video, I would like to ask how big a factor that has been for you. Do you think it prevented you from getting help sooner? Also, by shining a light on emetephobia specifically, and phobias in general, do you think it could help others to seek help and be more open about it?. It sounds like it started when you were quite young. I wondered if you felt like you were the only person who had this phobia.

Leah this is lovely and you should br very proud of yourself! You are so young to have this insight I wish I had been blessed with this confidence, as a younger girl I suffered and hid my mental health issues for years. Much love you have grown up to be a lovely young lady x (Ambers mum)
