It depends. for this playstation 2 I use a scart cable and scart to hdmi device then send the signal to avermedia 2 capture card (you don't need PC because have a button for recording but needs a memory card micro inserted) after capture just put it in the PC and upload to KZbin (but sadly youtube don't publish the videos at 100% original quality unless is in 4k thanks for watch bro you are welcome here anytime 😎

@@metal-videogamezex112 but this is neo geo cd version should be better than the arcade version, i just played the arcade version on gamestick there is a suttle difference, terry fireball come out faster and crack shoot is the same, sega saturn version crack shoot felt like sling shot, and the neo geo version all hits recover a little faster
