Good video my friend. I've never caught a pike on the jig! In response to your comment on the post, I would be absolutely privileged to have you out to Wausau for some pike or walleye fishing, or head over your way. I grew up in Amery.

I have heard nothing but good things about that place. The Chippewa is good in general. I've met hard-core musky guys fishing down there. I've heard that it is good for flathead. I just haven't spent enough time down there.

🤣 🤣 🤣 Dude! I just got mine today. I attached a 400 foot spool of 80lbs line to the retriever. I am done losing my lures 🤣 I plan to keep the spool attached to a snap lock on my overall when I need to use it. That way no risk of losing it 😆 You had me rolling on the floor dude 🤣 That’s your good luck charm man! Now get some fish! 🍺

After having it awhile do you recommend this lure retriever? I’ll be fishing from a kayak so I’m hoping that shorter cord won’t be an issue.

I actually returned it after that video because I ended up needing the cash for something. I wish I had it when I was ice fishing this winter. Would have saved my hyper glide bait.
