I used to make stroganoff years ago with heavy cream & it just seemed so fattening. I might give your way a try with the mushroom soup - it looked good! Plus using one pot is a time saver. Tip: If you dissolve corn starch in a little cold water in a small bowl before stirring it into hot broth or sauce, it won’t get lumpy (not that your’s did). Grace dancing to the music box was so adorable! Also, love her cute utensils! Good for teething also compared to hard plastic baby spoons.

@lisalang7096 Hehe, I totally get that. It's sort of a trade off using the mushroom soup. Less fat, but more sodium. If you try it, let me know how you like it! I might try a cream substitute next time I make it. I've read somewhere that both cashew cream and pureed silken tofu are good substitutes for cream-based sauces. Corn starch and flour slurries are great! I just wanted to skip that step... that's how tired and lazy I was lol! Grace is quite the character 😄

She is beautiful! I love how calm she was during her face massage. Funny how babies at that age love staring at mobiles - I think they think the little animals are real!

Thank you! Her eyes are actually dark green -- it is hard to tell when you don't look at her close in-person. And the lighting is dark hehe. We think her eyes and hair might turn brown when she gets older but we will see.

Have you tried the bumco bum brush for applying rash cream so it don't get under nails or on fingers amd wipes off with a wipe

@wannabehomemaker822 Yeah, it's a great little pan! The company that makes it is Thyme & Table but I couldn't find it anymore. Maybe it's a limited edition item? I did find a comparable one; the link for it is in the description. And yes, now that I'm less intimidated with making bread I'll be trying a lot more recipes so stay tuned! 😃🩷
