Got my trans up to 255 on accident once at 33k miles. Have changed trans oil since then and have 95k miles on it now no issues although I try to keep it 210 and below.

Just pop the cover in and pull it through the hole and the wire connected to a dummy plug behind the cover no need to take the dash apart‼️

A built-in resistor amber led bulbs, that lasted 3 years is actually impressive. I will point out that these are the same as Auxito built in resistor led bulbs. So I’m glad that these lasted a good amount of 3 years. 🙏🏼

I'm sorry, but you need to include a video of how you put the paint on. I'm willing to bet you didn't cure it! I know because I've used this and I did two sides of an item and I didn't cure one side. I cured one side and then didn't have the time to cure the other. I meant to get around to it, but didn't. The uncured side had the same issues you're seeing.

I have a 2020 GMC sierra elevation . I have the same problem. Did you truck have the brake controller module under the steering wheel ? Mine didn’t have one plugged in. The dealership says if I get a factory module from another Truck and buy the controller switch it should work. The dealership said it’s an add on item so I’m assuming you can order this as well. I ordered a Module from parts geek and the switch from eBay! We shall see if it works! Also did you see a pre wired 12 v wire on the other side when you took it apart?

Did the dealership give you a reason that they couldn’t make the oem one that you installed work? Was it that the ECU in your truck didn’t support it or something?

Did anyone need load resistors? Just wondering before I purchase!??

I have the same hard hat & I decided to replace the suspension & and put it on the other way. I've been wearing it backward for over 4 years, just the way you put it on lol

Oem is the way to go, looked for aftermarket and dint like ‘em I had to spend 700 at the dealer, dint find any used. 200 is a steal

Seems like to complicate of a brake controller. Normally the factory break controller is not as complicated to use.
