Even though its Yellow or Gold Its Still Called Expo since the official "Gold Line" is no longer used its Defunct regardles of colors why its lettered since its E i rapidly call it Expo

Its Basically Expo Line since most of the Line isnin exposition blvd. The A and E Lines are Considered both Gold Lines as well since they extended on former Gold Line Residents or riders originating from the Eastern/Northern Portions still call them Gold Line or refer them to the Gold Line even if from Pasadena.

In the 1970's there was a Dry Cleaners on the South side. My Mother parked outside the door to run in for pick up, while My Grandmother and I waited in the car. A Woman walked by and said "Damned OAKIES!".....wrong thing to say to My Grandmother born in Oklahoma. She got out of the car, followed the Woman inside and very loudly said... "The Damned OAKIES, are here to pick up their laundry!" My Mother was really embarrassed, until She heard verbatim, what happened, They both started laughing.

Very interesting. It's the first time I've seen the A line train have the signage that says Monrovia instead of Azusa. That indicates the extension to Monrovia should be opening soon. Thanks.

The reason why it says Monrovia at the dest. Board is because the extension to Pomona on the A is almost finished so they are adding new overhead electrical rails to the tracks to Pomona

You can take either the A or E line train to the Bunker Hill station because both lines go to that station. You didn't have to wait only for the A line. In fact, the A and E lines share 5 stations through DTLA.

The LA Metro subway will be expanding as of next year. The D line will get 3 new stations along Wilshire Blvd. Both the B and D lines are supposed to get new train cars beginning this year. Very exciting after 30 years of having these original train cars. It's long overdue.

Yes. All three Regional Connector stations are in great locations. I've used this station several times since it opened including going to the Broad and Grand Park. Great to see more people using LA Metro. I'm glad you enjoyed it. I was in Little Tokyo last week for dinner. It has benefitted a lot from the new station. I went Sunday evening and there were a lot of people. Thanks.
