The scene were Anton treats his wounds says something about his history. He knew exactly what he needed & how to fix his wound. Anton is the exact opposite of the Joker.

@@mr.jameson218 To break it down, I mean by an adaptation perspective: What Dwayne Johnson and Anton Chigurh (in the book) both have in common is that they are both intimidating, they aren't light-skinned, and nobody can easily guess what descents they are. All Johnson needs for the role is hair (because Chigurh is not bald), and color-edited dark blue eyes. (I actually made an edit-image of Dwayne Johnson as Book-Accurate Anton Chigurh and will soon send it to DeviantArt).

@@mr.jameson218 I would pick a fancast choice with a medium height and build, but I can’t envision any other A-list actor except Dwayne Johnson for Book Anton's likenesses. What they have in common is that it’s hard to guess their ethnicities and descents. Plus, both can be very intimidating.
