Good to see you back on camera, awesome I think chuck got carried away with what white house said. yeah degree is not required but its all for military personnel and general population wont see much of a difference. anyone (non military) should focus on certs and college it will serve you in the long run.

Thank you for sharing having c5/6 fused and foramimal clean up 6 and 7... I have Crohns and I am really worried all the meds are going to flare this up, just managed to get it to settle down. I think the secret for me is Phyllis husks and slippery elm to coat the bowel for tummy as anti-inflamatories will really give me trouble.

I am 2 months post-op for C5-7. It was no joke. I ended up in the hospital for 3 days post-op. I also will say I didn't have immediate relief of symptoms. So don't get discouraged if that's you. The one thing no one warned me was that there can be an emotional backlash the week after surgery. It's alot to cope with. I just started back at work this week. I'm glad I gave myself more time before going back. I needed it. I'm only working half days and it's hard. But I'm determined to get back to doing what I love to... ballroom dancing!
