Yes you connect directly to the pc.. no network needed

Likewise. I just did a huge 3 hour recording session in the same timeline, and this made it possible for me to save different takes into separate projects without them all being full of empty timeline space. Kudos to you my friend

Seems to only be available in earlier versions of MM for some reason. I am using 5.1 in this I think

Hey there, I bought a kinect camera to use in madmapper. Its seems as though MM reads the camera ie: the camera turns on and the 3 kinect icons appear in the Live Input window. But there is no video coming through in the preview or when i drag the window into my comp. any troubleshooting advice? or any other similar cameras/sensors you might recommend?

Hello everything is fine? I did the Sync between 2 Reapers, but when I stop Machine A, Machine B continues playing... to solve this I had to use an external midi device to be able to stop Machine B together with A. Using the Space bar from Machine A to B does not stop, it continues playing. Thank you very much in advance for your attention.

I honestly would go with a windows based machine to get all of the value of the NVIDIA features in Touchdesigner. But if going mac then consider the MacBook Pro with the M2 max chip as it is optimised for video!

Very good! Installing the adapters is confusing to me. Can you describe it step by step? Is it simply using the "Xbox Kinect Adapter for Xbox One S/Xbox One X Windows 8/8.1/10 Power AC Adapter PC Development Kit with UK Plug" adapter on the Mac's USB input?!!! But doesn't Kinect only work on Microsoft? If you could help me! I want to use Kinect v2 on Touch Designer + Mac. Thank you from Brazil!

Yeah it is exactly as you have described however it only works with MM. Touch designer + Kinect v2 does not work on Mac unless via boot camp on an older Intel based Mac

Once sync MTC, how do we get audio in one place? I synced PT wit MPC but what about the outputs? Audio in one session? Do you have to save each daw separately?

You would have to send audio from one DAW to another using a virtual audio bus such as Loopback

Can you set specific SMTE TC offset also? For wirking on multiple video cues in ProTools and trying different music cues in logic in different sections on timeline?

I’m not familiar with FL in that sense unfortunately. If it has a way of receiving midi time code then it should be possible!

That’s unusual as it is supported on apple silicon. Maybe check the cable / update the software is al I can suggest

MAN this is such a helpful tip! I needed to delete dead space between a 12 song set without screwing up my locators, time signature changes, etc. and this worked perfectly for that too. Thank you!
