I'm proud to present this wonderful recording of my composition "The Legend of the Noble Knight", performed by the extraordinary Joe Zeitlin and Dan-Iulian Druțac. This is the violin and cello duet version of this 4 movement piece. This piece started as the one-movement cello solo composition "Under the starry sky of the Rhine", was later expanded into this duet, and later into a concerto. The first movement is inspired by the Gigue from Bach's Suite #6. The third movement uses the Gregorian chant "Dies Irae" as its basis. And all four movements take inspiration from various sources, including poems from Joseph von Eichendorf, paintings from Caspar David Friedrich, the imagined story of a German Knight and his adventures by the Rhine, as well as the homeland of my dear friend Benedict Klöckner, to whom this piece is dedicated. Thank you Joe and Dan for this remarkable performance!

Gemas valiosas. El tema de la música, esa composición (José Elizondo) de espíritu elevado, la orquesta y ese indecible saxofón 🎷de Manu Brazo...
