There are projects in Dwarka Expressway available at 10-14k as well. Infact in most micro markets old projects will be at lower prices. I assume you are aware but incase your not, you may search for resale in high rise.

DND - KMP expressway (South Delhi to Sohna) will be ready by Dec’24. The same road will connect IGI to Jewar Airport. This road is operational till Sec 65 Faridabad. It will uplift Sohna Market

In Ultra Luxury signature is not reliable, they don't understand basic of what rich people wants. Prime example is Signature city 93, they charged huge amount for simple 2bhk and space and car parking everything has problem, even after paying 1 CR and + For ultra luxury, Godrej or DLF ankh band kar ke. they understands needs
