This song is no longer cute or funny as it was when made because it is becoming reality.
Why is there not love in one? Why two or more, kinda conditional ain't it?

5:01 is when this song really earns epic status. It really set the tone when it was played at JB Andrews, 20 Jan 21, as former President Trump approached the stage for a few remarks before winging away from Washington. Truly a moment of history to personally witness with an incredible soundtrack...

Yesterday, I was at a friend's house. (Been best friends since 1969). We spent all day listening to music. This is one of the ones I had forgotten about, along with "Me and My Arrow", until we rediscovered it. RIP Harry Nilsson.

Prophetic song for sure and coming true as mankind continues to rage against God. Psalms 2, Zechariah 12:2-3, 3000 year old prophecies coming true in our day. Seek the Lord while He may be found. Believe in Christ and have your sins forgiven, so you do not have to stand in the Great Judgment.

By the summer of 2025, no matter who is elected, things will really be heating up. America is past the point of no return, we will never be the great nation that we once were. People say, "God Bless America", well He did, but why should He anymore? We have turned our back to Him and gotten off of His moral standards to the point of committing abominations. Seek the Lord Jesus while there is still time in your life. You will find, when you do, that God is good and for us, protecting us from our evil nature and giving us hope in the Kingdom to come.

Found this on a Northern Irish history programme when regarding the People's Democracy march from Belfast to Derry in 1969. Feels way too fitting for that situation and the Troubles as a whole.

These lyrics have never been so apt in these awful times. I wish UK artists would do more , many are fantastic philanthropists and political activists . The Police were brilliant that goes without saying ❤
