That village clearout part of the film elevated it to another level... The raw horror of it all and the scene with the poor woman who had her breast cut off and the dead baby... They pulled no punches and showed the viewer practically everything and even how all the soldiers changed from almost not bothering to caring was so powerful..

Hans pulled at the heart strings w/ this one. The shot in this scene was well executed. The way LT is looking around at what happened. U dont need dialog to know what he was thinking. & this score is just icing on the cake. I Cry every time i watch this movie. I cant help it lol
