If all of your arms point upwards going out from the center as the one you were showing you can possibly get away with putting a washer in the center around the main bolt you know we might have to check and see how thick a washer or how thin or washer fender washers and stuff like that

Thank you for sharing the personal side of what's going on. I'm new to screen printing and using your old videos to learn and get started has been immensely helpful! In regards to future youtube videos, I would love to see videos on shop management and growth strategies, how you recommend running a shop as profitably as possible from your experience, market competition and analysis, etc. Basically any video on how you run your business from the "CEO" perspective as opposed to the daily operations perspective could be a nice shift that I personally would enjoy watching. Get well soon!

Those are pillow block bearings I believe. I came here to see if this press had micro-registration or not. I think I can make it work. Enjoyed the video thanks.

Hey bro I also live in Phoenix in the west valley by 83rd Ave and Indian School, I am trying to make my own martial arts shirts and just bought a 4 stage and should have it delivered tomorrow. Any chance you can check it out once I have it and help tweak it and make it work for my needs lol I have had a larger 6 stage before but it sat in storage for a while as I never learned how to set it up. I just sold it to clear space.. Now I want to do it again lol but dont want to fail this time.. Let me know if you dont mind helping... love your videos either way ..

If your screen hangs over the side of the pallet, will that damage your screen? Or should the pallet be flush with your screen? Just wondering

I did this totally ghetto cheap. Didn't have a drill so I used wood glue. Hopefully that works. I also used left over MDF to make the "legs". Going to have to wait for the clamps but should be good to go!

I wonder if a multi colour press can be made with a lazy Suzsanne if you could create an indexing hinge for each screen.

i was looking at the 2019 riley hopkins 300 vs the ranar elite 2. which would you say is the better buy? i know they seem old but a used press would be cool to do personal prints. something tells me the riley hopkins might be better but you seem to know from personal hands on experience! thanks in advance!

If you print on an automatic, they make roller squeegees and teflon sheets specifically for this. Another option, especially if the ink has already been cured and cooled, is to use a heat press. I did this years ago when I was new to screen printing and had a shirt or two come out rough. However, too much heat/pressure will cause the ink to be too smooth and have a glossy look. certain garments are extremely difficult to achieve a smooth print on. The ST450 is a prime example! In these cases, you will need to use a technique like this or thinner inks.

Not sure if you can help me but I’m trying to burn my screen at home with a 500W bulb. FYI the bulb is set up 18” away from the screen. For some reason when I burn my screen the image shows up but quick fades away. Do you know why? I appreciate any help you can give me.

This might be a stupid question, but are the rubber pads a standard thickness? I need to change out some of my rubber pads on my auto but I am a little hesitant. If the pads' thickness isn't standard I worry that the pressure will not be even on all print stations.

Hey, so I got this illustration created with illustrator and I want it to get printed on a sports jersey. The sports label website offers options to upload the file and they print it. Sounds great and the process is quite simple. Only issue to me is, how to prepare the file so the print will look right. Do I need to color separate ? Which colors can I actually use during the design process or can I use just what I think is in my mind ? Should I flatten the layers ? Etc. Please help…
