I think it's some kind of resin. The lume on it makes it really sprecial. It glows very nice in the dark. And this is one of my few Vostoks that holds it perfectly in place.

I can only guess here: Seems to me that the pictures on meranom's site are only rough estimations. Looks like they put together what they've got lying on their shelves and send it to you. Also mine is not brushed metal like it was shown on their site when I bought it. Might be that I bought a Frankenwatch or could always be like that.

Thank you for your advise. I tried to fit a movement from a Casio w800 but it won't fit because it is square; plus it did not move the handles. And I could not read the digits. I did also not manage to wind it with the fitted quartz thing. But good idea in principle.

First I looked up where the built in microphones are located on my gopro. There are two of them. I had to check the manual to find out their exact location. I cut a stripe out of a sponge that are made to clean dishes. Those cheap soft ones that look like slices of bread. I added a link to those. I wrapped this stripe around the camera and cut it to fit properly. I put a bit of sticky tape on both ends paying attention not to cover the microphones with the sticky tape. This works quite well although the camera still has to filter some wind noises. Cheap dishwashing sponges work best for me on all cameras I use. Sometimes some sticky residue remains on the camera if wrapping around is not possible. Unfortunately not. You can move it in both directions. Same bezel as in any other Vostok watch. Would not recommend it for diving if you want to live 😁

They all seem to habe a decent amount of resistance when they leave the factory. At least mine all had. Some more some less but in a reasonable range. I tried to adjust one of the older ones but almost did not manage to put the bezel back on again :-) But that's just me I guess. I really dig the simple construction of the watches including the bezel - simple and very robust. Really fun watches.

That's true. Thought it to be an interesting angle but have to admit that it's not.

Hatte vorher eine GTS300. Fährt sich schon anders. Bisschen bundesstraßentauglicher. Die alten GTS vor 2022/23 haben vorne immer ein bisschen Schimmy gehabt. Hat die Primavera nicht so. Am besten mal Probefahrt, ist echt Geschmackssache.

When setting the date I usually wind it past 1pm and back to about 8pm. There is a slight resistance when only windig back past midnight and the date did not completely flip to the next number. Might be possible to break it that way. But I did not manage to do so. I wore the original bracelet for a couple of days and had no issues pulling hair. But I have to admit that my wrist is not very hairy. The closing mechanism had some issues though. You really have to push it hard to close it properly. A bit annoying, when it opens up on your wrist. I changed it to a fancy beige nato-strap.

Hello Mister Fayz. Thank you for the first comment in 14 years! Very much appreciated. I searched online for this Amphibia Icebreaker but it seems out of stock everywhere. The other green watches damaged my eyes - hence I will not suggest them to you. I ordered mine from meranom.com I will post the link at the end of my answer here. I suggest you contact the guys via their website. They answer really reliable and kind of polite. Shipment is no problem at the moment since there is an old agreement in place that still allows post to be delivered. Payment may be a problem though - maybe the guys at meranom.com can offer a solution.? Sometimes the special editions re-appear again if ordered. The do almost every time when out of stock. Mine appeared out of nothing and is a bit different to the picture in the link: no stamped crown and polished metal instead of brushed. But I like it how it is.
