Most knee problems stem from muscular weakness surrounding the knee, and instability. Strengthening the muscles around the knee can take the pressure off the joint and improve stability. Start with isometric holds and slowly increase the range of motion.

Timing is off ...swinging from the top...gotta wait for it and then drop it in the slot ...gotta slow that swing down .. Watched alot of times ...smooth it out...

Ummm slow that back swing down a bit for sure ...also ya need to rotate thru the ball turn those hips finish at the target ...overall slower tempo behelpful as well

I may be wrong, but is he technically balking every pitch with his foot coming off the rubber before he delivers? He’s able to release the ball about a foot closer to the plate the way his foot comes off. I looked up the rules just now on this and I’m surprised it’s never come up. Either way, this guy is one of the greatest in the game

he still has his back foot on the rubber plus that’s his delivery out of the wind up which usually means no base runners so it wouldn’t count for a balk

At 1000FPS you watch his arm and it actually bends. Vin Scully gave the pitchers records vs. each other but he didn't say that when he gave them- a little confusing.
