So first I can say that if a high school kid did that in the 1960s, virtually no one would have any idea what he was doing. Ump never called time, batter stepped out of the box for an automatic strike and then got plucked. So if there were two strikes on the batter,he would strike out before getting hit. Less than two strikes, hell I'm glad I don't have to figure it out.
