Hi How are you? May I ask? What will happen or how it will affect if the seller did not sign the Purchase Contract Addendum?

I ws searching for addendum and this video poped up. Thr came a proposition. A contract between 2 companies expired 3 years ago. After expiration there were 3 addemdums or extentions were agreed. Now dispute resolution is being assailed through arbitration since the last year. Can both the companies come across with another addendum considered as integral part of the mother agreement?? Or they can go for a new agreement.

Thank you for those three cases! Very useful as ever. The good part of those stories that you had a chance to arrange and conduct negotiations. Usually, big companies are refusing to negotiate. You can't even go out of procurement department. They are like marble slab on your way that you can't overcome it.

Olga it is super important to understand these clauses at moment in my day work we are trying to cap consequential loss clause from SLB 3 meetings already we still working on how to handle this

Hi Olga, Great Video. I worked for operators. I don't know why an operator should have insurance for Contractors equipment. Contractors personnel are going to operate their equipment and tools.

i will never issue a PO without agreement from both parties. We can fight before than after.

we have MSAs for SLB, HLB, Baker etc for their bundle services, it made our life easy as we need not go through the T*C again and again. Good initiative Olga. All the best

Olga, thank you for sharing. You know, it made me think that this risk allocation procedure can be a useful tool even for personal purposes LOOL :) Before making some genius decision, take a look at your procedure - can you really afford it :) As for the contracts, it is strange, but I have never seen such a procedure in the companies I worked for. This kind of document would have been very useful back then.

Since I am directly involved in both contracts and supply chain, I find these tips brilliant. I feel I need to gain the knowledge you possess. Do you need an apprentice by any chance? 🙂
