What you showed is possible, but doesnt make sense to do because it won't save any time if you speedrun and if you play normally, it also won't help. Mainly because at this stage of playing you don't have any powerups except for the body slam. Whereas in your video you used double jump, running shoes and tornado spin, which means you had to beat all 5 bosses already.
