What I’m seeing from your video is that your back foot is kicking down really hard and it’s trying to lift the board off the ground. But because it’s pushing so hard, it’s keeping the board from lifting off the ground. So, when you’re practicing your ollies, start by jumping up from the board with both feet and letting the front of the board off the ground and land back on the board. And keep doing that until it’s consistent. Then when it comes to your flick, push your front foot out more than up, but still bring your front foot up. because when I started skateboarding, I had the same problem. So, I hope this isn’t too much to read and I hope this helps you through your journey.
