These days, I think the recommend solution is to use the Alterware client. This will install the iw4x project for you.

The M1911 can actually be picked up in museum without mods. The last display case on the left in the spawn room has it.

See C-A-C of L86 LSW in Alpha version of the Game, its look like L85 LSW without scope, and CAC and Model of Tactical Insertion is look like a glow stick, and Blast Shield Equipment have different CAC. In alpha version, there's a cut Death Streak called "Dead Man's Hand" which is in MW3 but i'm also it's a cut game mode. And holographic sight is just called "EOTech" in the alpha version which isn't really a big change at all.

Like someone typed here in the comments a long time ago, you should type "sv_cheats 1" in to the console without quotations. If you need further help then let me know :)

If it asks you to replace the file "iw4sp.exe" then you can replace it. You need to replace that original exe with the one provided in the download. Otherwise the console will not work.

Mulla oli aikoinaan joku .DLL, jonka latasin netistä ja injectasin ExtremeInjectorilla multiplayeriin et sai consolen, mut siitä saa nykyään VAC bannit. Se tais olla joku force host tool, enkä tiedä onko nykyään olemassa mitään vastaavaa tai edes FPS unlockeria mistä ei sais banneja ku VAC on vielki aktiivinen ja ilman cheatteja FPS on aina capattu 91. Ainut tapa nostaa FPS on ladata IW4x client ja pelata niiden servereillä, muuten tuut leikkimään tulen kanssa, jos haluut riskata VAC bannin.
