I started mine this Saturday! I had tried it once last year but because I was broke I was not consistent with it..I remember I was the lowest weight I had been in a while on it. This time around I'm starting again, is 25 units of 1ml on the first 4 week. It's been a day and I haven't really felt much change. Idk maybe I'm just impatient this time around. I make this now like once every other month. And always come back like i aint watched it a 100 times. Lol. Soo yummy. I DONT use bananas thou, so i use a small amount of Banana cream pudding as it is strong omgosh only a lil bit needed. Lol

Beautiful and delicious looking pudding but you should have put the corners of the pieces of the cookies into the corners of the pudding they would have fitted better like that just my thoughts.

I’m a mental health nurse and I just finished making a double batch of this for my patients for Father’s Day tomorrow! I used golden Oreos because Walmart was out of chessman! I have made this recipe several times and every time I make it, I make it right along with the video and play the video over and over and over while I make it. I just wish I had put a comment each time I’ve made this!

I was wondering about making this in an aluminum pan. I always use glass. Any problems? It probably doesn't last long enough to have concerns.

I had a co-worker make this for every occasion we had. She would literally be in the break room making it 😂 she was trying gatekeep the recipe. Wouldn’t tell us every key ingredient. But I find this and I’ve been makin this for my family occasion, they love it!!

First thing i would do when i woke up in terms of consuming was drink as much water from my gallon as i could. The water kept me full and when i started to notice i was getting hungry i would just drink more water. It just kind of became a habit to put off eating but not necessarily in a negative way. I still ate my regular rice, beans and chicken :) i ended up losing almost 58lbs. when i started to get comfortable, yes i was still drinking water, but i was eating more rather than drinking water when i was hungry and ended up gaining back about 27 of those pounds. Currently working on losing those 27lbs but in a healthy way through proper diet and exercise. Will definitely keep drinking a gallon of water a day. 🥰❤️

All the videos I have watched talk about how great the coconut smell is...and I can't smell anything like that! To me, it smells like a cheap store perfume of pineapple/and fake coconut. I was wanting to like this SO bad too! Glad I'm not the only one who feels this way. ☹️

I just purchased the rose body lotion by Kylie skin . I am so disappointed. The packaging is nice but that’s where it stops. It doesn’t even have any scent to it. I love to buy lotions from all over the world! You name it I have bought it to try it, I have never been more disappointed in my life. I was expecting to smell roses. Instead I smelled scent free lotion. The moisturizing properties were OK but definitely not mesmerizing or some thing I would want to buy again. If you want to smell like a beautiful rose lotion with the softness to go with it try British rose body lotion by The Body Shop. I have no idea what people are talking about when they say this smells so good🤦🏻‍♀️
