That metal hand grip next to the toilet is a waste. you can not swivel the toilet with it in place and it means to use the toilet you have to slide over that metal bar. And for a handicap van, it needs a power door.

I have a 2022 Pleasure-Way Tofino that, other than not having A/C, I really enjoy. Do you know if Pleasure-way has plans to replace the Tofino? I'm hoping they come out with something like the Winnebago Solis B on the Ford AWD chassis.

04:15 Torque is measured in pound-feet (or Newton-meters), not foot-pounds. I know this is a common mistake. So far this is an informative video of an amazing coach

Searching yours and many other videos on accessible motorhomes. As frustrating as it can be, we who live with mobility challenges have to understand that, unless completely custom made, it's virtually impossible to mass-produce something that fits each and every one of our needs. Sorry! A decent job seems to have been done with this vehicle. We would have to see one in person for a more accurate feel.

Why do RV Manufacturers put the DEF tank on the opposite side of the Fuel tank? There is no truck stop in "Merica" that has DEF on the right side satellite pump.

Hey @ralphowens4510, there is a DEF AND FUEL fill on both sides of the rig!! This is becoming more and more common for exactly what you mentioned above!

One part I don't get is why the shirt closet and the seat are in the same place. The same place where the TV is. How is anyone supposed to sit there? Either make the shirt closet bigger and forget the seat or keep the seat and ditch the shirt closet. Personally id keep the seat.

Hey @rodbottomley4514! Underneath the TV is mostly used as place for your feet when the bed is extended! but that is a great suggestion!

That bathroom is terrible. It’s 2024 and they can’t figure out how to get more room in there. Here’s a hint, find a better way to have a sink. Who wants to sit and shower on the toilet?

The eternal struggle with a van, finding a bigger bathroom! Ee think Pleaure-Way does a great job of utilizing the space Mercedes allows them to have on such a small chassis 👍

The TS one has a larger bathroom with a sink moved into a new space with counter and storage cabinets, very residential. Now you can stand plus have extra elbow room over the sink area. The guy forgot to mention this when he said the TS has a larger fridge and wardrobe. You basically sacrifice those 3 things for that front lounge area. Usually the biggest hang up is that fridge. There’s always a trade-off in these vans, so you have to choose based on your priorities.

Thanks for the walk through. I still have to work, so the front lounge is worth giving up some refrigerator and bathroom space for. Could you demo how loud the generator is? I live in the southeast so I’ve been looking for vans that could run the AC overnight. I don’t think the 600ah will come close to that. My gut says that it’ll last maybe 4-5 hours. So many places don’t want to hear generators any more, so not having enough battery could be a big deal. It might be mitigated though if it’s really quiet or if extra battery capacity could be added. I appreciate any info!

Looks nice, but with the lowered floor, it is not accessible to the disabled driver. The lowered floor makes transfer height way to high and unsafe. Maybe you should take into account the ability to have wheelchair access to the driver and passenger seats level to the wheelchair.

Hi @Cyber-Quad - As of now the vehicle is designed to have a person that is NOT in a wheelchair drive the motorhome

@@thehitchhouse - Why not? Those of us “drivers” in wheelchairs would like to be able to buy/rent RVs too. The goal is universal access for the complete interior of the vehicle, including driver and passenger areas.

@@Cyber-Quad Unfortunately we do not manufacture the vehicle, but we are sure there is a reason Winnebago is taking a careful approach to universal motorhome access - however we do have local contacts that can outfit the vehicle with hand controls! We appreciate your input!

@@thehitchhouse If the disabled driver can’t get into the drivers seat, there’s no point in having local contacts install hand controls. You need drivers seat wheelchair access first before you can drive the vehicle at all.

That's odd as the Winnebago website has a young woman with disabilities in a wheelchair full time demonstrate and tour the van. She is shown in the passenger seat as well as driving. She has one leg/limb. @@thehitchhouse

Looks delicious! Please clarify the step from :40 where you make the batter then divide the apples between two bowls, then they are back together at :45. Was that indicating that the batter went into only one bowl of apples before they are recombined in one bowl?

Really nice video for this product. Pleasure-Way has very nice videos detailing their products but arguably this video adds a touch or two that even that video neglected to depict in that you show the rear bed fully made up with bedding, not just the raw cushions.

Remember that the options depend on both manufacturer and dealer, floor plan and option availability, as well as how they handle custom work. However, mechanically it is more that possible!
