I found a few little tips. Reading the help menu on fish during the season times to get optimal fishing is 1, exiting the boats and looking down at the anchor ties an being able to pull the boat in tighter is 2, the pressure washer in the shop to spray boat off works3, locker to change appearal, auto pilot works with markers, dude falls of the dock into the water now also. With or without carrying packages he still swims. Oh an save after completing a mission. You lose anything onboard if you dont and try to load in the middle of a fishing trip.
