01. Fury Road (2015) 02. The Road Warrior (1981) 03. Furiosa (2024) 04. Mad Max (1979) 05. Beyond Thunderdome (1985)

So the order that I watched the movies over the years was this: Thunderdome, Fury Road, Mad Max, Road Warrior. (Not yet furiosa) For some reason the original Mad Max really hit me. I thought it was so cool to watch. Very dark, very interesting to see the world BEFORE it got destroyed. Very weird to see Max as just a regular guy before he went all crazy. I rank them this way: 4- Thunderdome 3- Road Warrior 2- fury road 1- Mad Max I know many people put Road Warrior closer to the top. And perhaps after some rewatches I will as well. But so far it has just seemed like another "Seven Samurai" remake to me. Which countless movies and TV shows have done. I hope to watch Furiosa soon. But I am worried that they perhaps moved away from the practical effects in favor of CGI? not sure if that's true, but for me the practical effects have always been the best part of the movies.

Just my opinion, I thought it would have been interesting to see the characters switched. Seeing Asha as the villain trying to steal the wishes from the castle, maybe find the book of dark magic. Seeing King Magnifico as the good guy, I don't know. I thought it would be a interesting twist. Maybe Asha tricks the people into thinking that Magnifico is evil while she secretly tries to destroy the wishes.

Movie was good! But could have been cut down in run time. And wouldve still been a good movie! Should have run 2.5 hrs instead a lot of plot and non plot points seemed to have dragged out a bit

What a concise, thorough review! With Dead Reckoning Part One screening for free in the HUB over the back half of this week, I was considering going for it. Now I'll definitely be watching it :)

As someone who has seen very little Clone Wars and none of Rebels, I thought the series was ok. I never really got that invested in the characters but I enjoyed the fan service. Seeing Hayden back as THIS Anakin was a dream come true and Baylan Skoll was a great new villainous character. RIP Ray Stevenson. Great review, dude!

The versions of the turtles in this movie were different from the ones I grew up with, but the core of the characters and what made them iconic was still there. Even Super Fly was a pretty good villain. Overall it was pretty endearing, and fun! So I had a good time with it. Great review, man. Keep up the great work 👍

The finale made this show go from “good” for me to “okay.” I enjoyed watching it weekly for the performances and to see where it was going. Where it went and how in the end though really didn’t work for me and made the rest of the show feel very lacklustre looking back at it as a whole. Still glad I watched it, but walked away more dissatisfied than satisfied sadly. Great review, man! Keep making videos 👍

It's interesting hearing a review of this from somebody fairly young. You said it had a simple plot. I would disagree, but the the more complex parts of it were targeted at an older audience. That's one reason it's such a good film. Those of every age can appreciate various aspects of it and there's no denying that the animation is absolutely amazing.
