It's been a while but I seem to recall the Short Circuit EP was released as a 10" record. Friend of mine had a copy but I can't remember it being blue vinyl. Been waiting to hear this again for so many years. Much thanks.

I have this on blue vinyl. Bought it when it first got released. I also bought a bass guitar years ago which belonged to the Drones bass player (so I was told when I bought it). This recording is mint 👌. Steel Pulse track always cheers you up too 😂

Crazy because it doesn’t sound anything like Joy Division Ian Curtis voice

It does. Curtis used different inflections besides the one you commonly associate him with.

maybe it's because before they were Joy Division, they were WARSAW. This is one of their Warsaw material tracks.

The Fall - Last Orders 0105am 5.4.23 hahahahahahhahaahah..... "everyone's in prison or in the army they're all sincere, all phoney" and this kindda rattled in my head as i rode the bus to aldi. brothel creepers. the bitter was nice. and i think you could down about 10 or 15 before you staggered off.

This is better than the Handsworth Revolution album version. Cracking stuff! Not sure why there are confused Christians making comments. Nothing in the bible about weed. Just stuff about killing each other.

"Rudolph Hess" was, of course, a key Nazi. Great song but Curtis' obsession with Nazis and the band that became 'New Order' (look it up on Wikipedia) can't be swept away by apologists or idiots. I love this song as a song but it's a tough sell when Curtis is so obviously a Nazi.
