What a great reading. Thank you. Have you considered putting tarot card reading in the title and the main problem its answering. For example this one might be getting help for your trauma. It might help in search.

Your videos are very good and your editing skills are excellent, but your videos are not reaching many people. The main reason for this is that your videos are not SEO optimized. I am a KZbin video SEO expert and would like to optimize your videos. Are you interested in this?

I love open and honest conversations about insecurities. Self-doubt is a huge thing and it's good to hear from you both about some of the insecurities/self-doubt you've experienced. I also loved what you said about not putting people on pedestals - it's true that we're all humans. I cringe a little when people put me on a pedestal, especially when it comes to healing work. It's rewarding to hear when my work makes a difference, but at the same time, I know it's Spirit/Universe working through me, and of course, the person has done the work by showing up for themselves. I hold space for sure, but I don't want to be put on a pedestal. I also feel like being on a pedestal puts extra pressure on as you want a 100% success rate.

So inspirational, Sarah, as usual. So much resonates with me right now. Love doing shadow work and cherish the liberating self-discovery it allows. So ready to step into my truth in more expressive ways. I’ve not yet embodied it as I know I can. This message is perfect for me.

At 20:22 you talk about somebody who is exposing what's going on in the astral realm... it got cut for some reason. I would love to know who is being referred to as I would like to learn more about this issue. Thanks in advance if you are willing to provide a name. Thank you both for this interview. With love & light, Sandy.

@@SandraJeanStroebel Hi I went back and listened. This was recorded in December 2023, and I'm not sure who I was referring to in that particular moment, but there are other's out there who have study ancient texts and cultures that understand the astral is not what it is explained to be in today's world. It wasn't good long ago and it's still not. Many ancient cultures referred to it as the Hell plane and thought it is where demons are from. Other cultures knew of it as the "a conscious trap" or trickster plane. The ancient Christians would say it's the "air" that Satin controls. There's many ancient stories to back up the idea that humans are to expand in dimensional thinking 5D, 7D etc. but not by the influence of the astral but by the influence of compassion & non-judgement. I will say David Icke is probably the most popular person you will find that understands the intent of the astral.

This is consistent with the current astrological forecasts with Mercury Retrograde and the eclipses. I've been really feeling it, too.

EVERY point resonated with me and this is unusual. I've never even had that with a one-on-one reading. I had a past of impulsivity and recklessness in things regarding spirit which ended up leading to a series of traumas that climaxed in 2021. Since then I've been going within, taking my time and discovering the love within me, learning so much about myself. This reading has come at the perfect time which is about taking all that I've learned and for the first time in my life and (at age 54) STEPPING OUT into community with my beautiful, imperfect voice. Previously, I tried to do it all alone, and as they say, "No one is an island." So, March is also about balance for me in a big way - adding that balance of interconnectedness to autonomy as well as that more active application to introspection. Hugs, Sarah! Love what you do.

This interview is so enlightening. The word "narcissist" is so abused now, and this is the most comprehensive and accurate source of education I've found on the topic. Stephany's analogy of the "toddler fence boundaries" is SO insightful! I can really see my past self in this. And Sarah added something that is freaking - well, AWEsome sauce - for me, that forgiveness is about "accepting" past experience that we can't change and releasing it so that we can move forward. It really has little to do with the other person in a way - it's loving and empowering oneself to be whole from there on. Got so much out of this. Valuable insight for everyone on this hot topic.
