Do you change oil regularly? If your running oil cooler maybe clean out the pipes

@@Pitbikesonic76 yeah change regularly, I’ve never cleaned cooler, however the bike idle is crazy, it’s racing for no reason or if I move fuel screw slightly it’s going mad

You have carb issues, then the slider stuck open. It's hard to tell without seeing it.

@@Pitbikesonic76 Thank you so much, ive been having such a hard time find something that would fit my bike. I have a Chinese RPS Viper 150cc. It’s basically a Medium/full size dirt bike. Do you think these will fit by chance? I probably want to go with 12 inch, hopefully they dont look too small. Originally its comes with 14 back, 19 front

Great video very helpful thank you. I’m changing my kick start gears and need to find the torque settings for the YX140 do you have a link for these please? The main torque settings I need are for the clutch nut and the clutch spring retaining bolts. I heard Sean say he torques the case bolts at 10 then 12 is that ft. Ibs or Nm?

Brill vid mate, yeah just on numbers, 2 year back with nora it was 2 days (only 1 day pointed) for 120 entry with 15 to 20 min races, now its 1 day and 10 min races, a think with everyone have to watch the coin abit more now people have dropped from doing championships but still want to get out on the bike so a practice day every now aand again with no commitments suits also alot more time on the track for alot less, only way the championships can get numbers a think is make it cheaper with abit more time on the track but that depends on profits n how much there wanting to give up

Great video, my take on the low grids for Fab this year is the awkward calendar and no central tracks, just really far away. The good showing at practice days prove people are riding and the decent grids at Stretton are a good indicator too.

Yeah agree with Will here. Where we live isn't the best location for any track really (except Ellough). But there are sooo many kart tracks everywhere but only a small fraction allow bikes. I think a lot of people struggle to commit whole weekends + maybe a Friday to racing aswell with lots of gaps between sessions with so many other classes. Which is why Stretton grids are still strong, less classes and combined into 1 day. So maybe adding a Saturday/Sunday option only for FAB would help ? I think BMB already do this. Also for me personally, it's easier to commit to it if I can mask it up to the missus as a "weekend with the family" but we have a dog... which is another hurdle to overcome.

Still haven’t finished building our pit bike yet but hope to get it to at least a track day or two this year. Not sure which championship to go for next year with my son, BMB or FAB but we’re Bristol based so it doesn’t appear to be the best location…

Great Video and we glad you liked our circuit. We are up and coming and it’s only going to get bigger and better ! Track work is continuously on going over the next few months all the barriers will be moved away from the circuit to open it up more to allow the correct amount of run off all the way round our 800m circuit. We are 20ft wide. All kurbs on track will also be shortly relayed Plans are underway to make our circuit even more accommodating and bigger to allow us to hopefully run bike championships as well as our karting plans We look forward to welcoming you back soon. We are always open to bike wed thur sat sun 10am whilst 5pm only time bikes are not permitted is the first Sunday of each month from Feb to Nov due to our club round kart championship. We are aiming to put our own bike championship together also if we can continue the numbers and have good bike numbers with us weekly. Thanks Team RKC

Currently finished improving the Brembo set up on my MPR (Zuumav) 140 with DMN forks. I found the pads only partially covered the 220mm disk but JB welded in ally fasteners, smoothed off and drilled/helicoiled new holes on the bracket so now have full pad cover. Do your pads wear over the full pad?
