There are so many red flags in this apartment already. The bonuse dense space is a waste of space if you are not having some kind of social event all the time. All the covered windows and frosted glass hints towards bad or no view at all, the exposes ventilation pipes look like you live in a warehouse. The whole thing sounds like a warehouse as well. They never show the actual view out of a window. And not forget the worst feature of all, the TV above the fireplace.
