Duolingo yeah it's very "gamified", if I'm not wrong you should be able to use the practice tab to regain some lives and still learn Japanese but it won't count towards your streak which sucks. There's also many guides and sources wrote out on the subreddit /r/LearnJapanese (more specifically their wiki) Subscriptions they suck yeah but have become "standard" in most things and have been since the dawn of the internet.. Other than that still a great video discussing it.

Really? They hate on one of the most wholesome communities out there? I mean, really?! This planet is going downhill fast. There are all these great artists who use Miku for their songs, like Deco*27, Mitchie M, or wowaka (RIP 💜). And last time I checked, they weren't AI. I feel like it shouldn't take 7 minutes to say "Room temperature IQ but the room is a walk-in industrial freezer" when the intro demonstrated that perfectly fine. Yes, people don't like AI. Miku isn't AI. She's never been. She PRE-DATES ChatGPT by roughly 15 years.
