I don't like the new designs. This doesn't really feel like it's returning to their roots. I think what made the original designs scary was that they looked almost normal. it was a grungy uncanniness that is replaced by a generic nasty mutant clean ui

Game looks great, but I'm not into the hero shooter change..any perk. Any character. They can add as much as they like but taking something as integral as that mechanic will be VERY noticeable to the CORE audience..

This game is just Doom with a Killing Floor logo slapped on it. Very disapointed with Tripwire. I guess I'll be playing Black Ops 1 Zombies and KF2 instead.

@@jays.6843 The ethos of killing floor is being able to use whatever you want situationally, as well as being able to use your favorite cosmetics and characters as you please. Locking all that away is just objectively bad, and sequels aren't supposed to be intentionally worse than their predecessors. Furthermore, the concept of heroes kinda ruins the flexibility of perks. Can they make it work? Possibly. Will they? Most of the time this situation is on the table, the answer is no.

Killing floor 2 had classes. But you were still able to buy or pick up certain guns just without perks since that class doesn't specialize in them.

Not gonna lie, graphics and tone wise I like what i see. The futuristic design of the guns look on point and believable, they didn't overdo it. Though i gotta say, the dash looks bad. Makes the zeds look like complete DUMBASSES that whiff every hit like a Looney Tunes character... and of course don't let me start with the slide...every FPS gotta have it nowadays right?...

@@slothonmercury Dashing already doesn't feel like killing floor, sliding is worse. Imagine doom: the dark ages having sliding. It would be weird and out of place.

I just think it looks dumb and out of place in most games. It made sense in Apex Legends because you could slide big distances down the hills (first game to implement a slide). For me to be tolerable it needs to fit the tone of the game and make sense as a mechanic in the game, and not to slide for the sake of it.

Love the true body horror version of these crawlers, that they arent at all spider like anymore and more like twisted human anatomy. Not to mention, the fact we got this giant crawler enemy, boss or not, something ive requested for a long time, really makes me overjoyed.

The new female character looks like Fix-It Felix's wife. I don't like how they have the character graphics look totally different from the monster graphics; they don't match; it's off-putting. It's like, it's characters from different games coming together with different graphics. Sergeant Tamora Jean Calhoun is a character (one of the deuteragonists) of the Wreck-It Ralph series and the commanding officer of Hero's Duty. She is Fix-It Felix Jr.'s love interest and wife at the end of the movie.

Im not sure about double damage, but yeah they are weak to it. Scrakes are the opposite, resistant to explosives but vulnerable to gunfire. I hope they keep that kind of stuff in KF3. Or how enemies with more metal on them had greater weakness to Firebug damage
