Very true. I salute the good police officers. This shows outburst of prolong frustration among police personal on corrupt practise within the police force recruitment process. Foundation is critical in every doing. Therefore, malpractice at recruitment stages promotes corruption and bad reputation later in the disaplinary force. Police force needed an overhaul. Thorough investigation and termination is essential now than later. It has to start from the Commissioner. Why is he hiding and why the government is not doing anything regarding a related case in Kimbe. Who is the government for? Is it for the people or for the individuals within the government ranks.Why are they so protective? Is it because Mr. Manning is a member of the National Executive Branch (NEC). The police hierachy is so corrupt that such cases related to recruitment is unescesary while the public think other wise.

There should be open selection of best performing Grade 12's every five (5) years who wish to join police at Bomana police college like other colleges do rather than recruiting people outside of formal education system. By doing so they can recruit fresh minded young officers into the force, with high IQ.

Government have a partnership program with the AFP why not have the AFP do the recruitment to help our constabulary minimise corrupt recruitment process..

Iam a serving member myself with many years of experience. I see a lot of things which never happened before are happening in the RPNGC.Corruption is becoming a norm in our work place. The Police force has been now corrupted by people who do not fear God as they think what they are doing is right by abusing the protocols and processes .I have seen alot of such corrupt officers including cureent serving members and those already exited from their police jobs have not prospered in their personal lives.They live lives that are not really good. I want to inform my fellow policemen and policewomen who are practising corrupption while performing our constitutional duties every single thing we do whether good or bad will always measured back to us. "You will reap what you sow" as the saying goes... We can hide our corrupt practices from our bosses and supervisors but the God of the universe is watching over us.Nothing will be hidden from God.Everything we do are done in broad daylight. When we joined the RPNGC at the very first day, we were sworn in by holding the Bible with our right hand by saying that we will serve the people of this country with honesty, Therefore let us refrain from practising corruptions in our jobs and do the right thing when serving our country men and women of this beautiful nation of PNG.When we do the right thing God will richly bless us with our family and enjoy the God given life. The recruitment process must be outsourced, PERIOD! The Internal Security and Police Minister should investigate this rot. Recruiting children and grandchildren of serving and retired policemen for legacy is not an issue but must follow the recruitment process like any other applicant.
