Hey buddy? Any idea the shift light you have on there? The stock one is very tiny. I promise if I get one I’ll make sure it has proper connections 😂

I do not know the brand, but I can find out. This shift light I have is bright and needed. You are right, the stock one wasn’t cutting it. I’ll get back to you on that.

@@0jambrosey0 I did a little digging and for heal tech makes one and you can splice it right into the wires for their gear indicator. Think I may pick that up

@@divakarjeevadj7104 I tore my bike apart a couple of times! Checked every relay they all were perfect working order. Even changed out the fuel pump for no reason. Check your bike for aftermarket parts, and solder the connections.

Thanks for timing is 2011 Honda CBR1000RR 2500 mi.. I k ow you're right from past experiences with aftermarket "Performance parts" (see JUNK) SPEND MORE MONEY ON AFTERMARKET TO DOWNGRADE QUALITY RELIABILITY N PERFORMANCE
@0jambrosey0 Жыл бұрын
Yep if you are going to use aftermarket parts, always solder the connections. Taking the chance for downgrading the quality. CBR 1000 RR is great on its own, no need to add anything to it! Wish I bought a bike without previous owners messing with it!

Do you still have the old pump?
@0jambrosey0 Жыл бұрын
Yes I still have the old pump, the new one I bought was $730. Old one worked great so I saved it.

My issue was loose connections, darn clip connectors. Soldering is the key.

@0jambrosey0 Жыл бұрын
Yes soldering the connections instead of cheesy wire connectors is the key!

My problem was the cheesy wire connectors. Soldering them together is best, fixed it.
