The ‘Squamish 7 Terrors’ is a list of notoriously difficult boulder problems. They all have a guidebook grade of V4 or V5, but I would’t be too concerned with that. Be prepared to get uncomfortable and be tested in unique and perplexing ways. This list was created by Matt Lucas in his early 2000s blog.

The end, T-thong...Dude, I have never felt for someone so deeply over a video than right now. The zoom in showing just how close you were. damn. Strong for sure, deserved the send. Holding the fail is more impressive than sticking imo.

I appreciate that. It was brutal 😖... I did manage to avenge the bitter disappointment about 1 year later. kzbin.info/www/bejne/pKmmlqGLetRqe6c I suppose it's all a part of this climbing game we play!

V1 at my gym… 😂 Things look deceptively easier on video. Im guessing v9ish? 🤷🏻♂️

@@jeremymcnelley4419 haha classic. It's a newish boulder. The grade is between V6 and V7. Still consolidating. Totally hard to guess from video !

Morning of my last day. A bit of a fairy tale ending to the trip. Gotta appreciate those when they happen :). Last time I ended the trip getting shredded by the same problem...

Damn shocked you confirmed v9 for Game of Chance that thing felt so hard when I was on it 3 weeks ago
@boulderingbreakdown11 ай бұрын
Ya ... it's an interesting one. It did take a bit of work but I initially tried it in the rain and then sent with skin that was deteriorating. It did feel fairly hard. But I think if I was fresh and had good conditions it wouldn't be so bad. It did also get easier as I sussed out some specific details for my beta. We also had another guy there that did it super quick with the beta I used. He kind of punted the flash! It fit his style admittedly and he thought that he definitely would not go higher than 9. I thought that sounded reasonable overall. Other people have said it felt hard so it probably is high in the grade. Colour is right there and probably feels easier for most people, but it is pretty much confirmed to be low in the grade now.
