Sometimes I have had to toggle it on and off a few times to get it to stay. there is sometimes a weird KvCORE bug when you do it.

If you go into KV corps that's the market report, and then I added my service areas to my website, and if you go to the very bottom of the website and click on the link of the name of your service area it gives the other report

Mt issue is people want 100k more with never updating or any home improvements made. The last couple years homes values shot up 40% instead of the regular 4-5% per year. A home that would be a 250k house they now want 375k. Here I wait for the prices to normalize.

thank you for the great comment. Luckily we are now seeing the prices of homes stabilize, and we approaching very close to market stabilization in our areas. The medium and average prices have gone up, but the economist, and the market, will have a huge drop from where we are today. this is the new normal in many areas. San Antonio is one of those areas.

Hi Andrew, when I download the kvCore extension, it looks differently than the little blue house you are showing. It just shows kvCore Contact Page Manager. I am unable to find this extenstion. Any idea why?

For a market report you can't draw an area on the map.. for that one you just have to pick a certain area it has to be more specific good question.

does anyone know what off market means? in my market the number is always fairly high. Does that mean sold?

It usually means in our market that they have either been sold, or it cold have a cancelled or been expired. If you look in your MLS compare that with the sold numbers and you can have a good way to see where it fits in there.
