The trick of putting them both in the case and holding down their buttons worked for me! It took about 25 seconds, and something to note is I noticed that before the earbuds joined, they started beeping in seemingly random patterns. I thought it was over for my earbuds and I was ready to retire them since they're old anyways, but they live on! Thank you!

Mine keep pairing as 2 separate devices and alternate between pairing to my phone. I've tried everything and they don't sync together. I just bought them yesterday. I'm taking them back today. I've never experienced Bluetooth headphones pairing separately until I bought these. They are poorly designed.

So I was trying everything I could even from this video the one side was not even going on just bought them but thankfully Walmart refunded back my money I was afraid they dont take returns on open items took them back the next day

I tried everything and nothing works. Also tried holding it for 30 seconds. Both worked fine until now, I dont know what happened. Is there still any chance saving it or will it somehow start to work or will I have to buy new ones?

I heard there a lot of defective units out there. The only other thing you can try, is just discharging the earbuds until they are dead. or you can put them back in the case wait for like 20 seconds, take them out and hold down the left earbud button for 30 seconds. I heard that works sometimes let me know!

My earbuds disconnected from each other and made it to where they both have their own Bluetooth connection

Try putting your earbuds in the case, and wait for 10 seconds then take them out and tap one side 7 to 8 times. Let me know if that helps!

I may need more specific info cause when I got my earbuds they worked perfectly fine, but this morning when I tried listening to both ear bud the left one won’t sync with the right

Hey! there are two things you can try the first one is to '' put them in their box, close it for 5-10 seconds, then reopen it, and tap one of the sides 7 times. It resets it.'' If that doesn't work let them discharge until the battery is empty put them back in the case and hopefully that should help!

Depends if you are reseting your settings or factory resetting the whole thing. If factory reset and delete everything then it will delete your esim and you will have to set that up again!

@DTechHQ when the left one works the battery goes down to 10 percent when just the right one works its 100 percent so my left one just can't charge or something

@@harrypotter_clips sorry to day, but from the comments im reading you would have to contact jlab for a replacement. Lots of faulty charging and batteries.

The solution is given at 5:00 -> If one side doesn't respond, hold your finger on top of it for about 10 seconds. (It worked for me.) Also for most other bugs I encounter with this headset, I put them in their box, close it for 5-10 seconds, then reopen it, and tap one of the sides 7 times. It resets it.

Sorry it too me so long to reply, but these buds do have a lot of bugs. In one of the pinned comments there is another thing you can try. Basically you have to "Put them in their box, close it for 5-10 seconds, then reopen it, and tap one of the sides 7 times. It resets it."

Hi, my right earbud is not connecting with the left earbud. It did before...... but it hasn't worked at all. It blinks blue on the right and it does say pairing but it does not pair at all.

Whenever i put my left earbud in the case, it blinks a blue light 4 times and dosen't charge and i dont know why

This honestly sounds more like a hardware issue, either the battery in the bud is faulty or the contact points in the case are bad. If you want you can try this and see if it helps "Put them in their box, close it for 5-10 seconds, then reopen it, and tap one of the sides 7 times. It resets it."

I did what you said. I forgot device, I opened case. Now here’s a issue I really hope read this I need help. So…. I open case. The left one blinks white blue. The other one is dark. Hmmm. I’ve litterally have tried to fix these for an hour. So I squeeze that one while in case. Wow it starts to blink like the other one but it shuts off back to dark after a few blinks , second, on my blue tooth iPhone it will show device JLab sport earbuds, then right after that another JLab shows again. So now I have 2 JLab devices trying to connect. I forget them. This is like the 50th time today. Over and over no matter I do. I will say I’ve encountered this many times and it resolved. This time it won’t. If I put buds in my ear. It won’t even say paired or anything. So while their in my ears I press connect and only one speaker comes one. And it still showing 2 JLab devices. I have reset them. I’ve shut them off. I restarted my phone several times. I’ve shut Bluetooth off then on a again. They won’t pair together and when it does only speaker sometimes left sometimes right. I’ve pressed each one 3 times. And four times and held both down to reset. Still nothing. I don’t get it this time. Please help if you can.

It looks like there are a lot of faulty buds that were produced. There is a solution a user commented you can try. I have it pinned at the top but basically "Put them in their box, close it for 5-10 seconds, then reopen it, and tap one of the sides 7 times. I feel like I’m living in the twilight zone when I look at the reviews for these headphones. Over 100,000 5 star reviews on 15+ different websites. I finally get them working, it’s the same struggle every day with one of them not playing reconnecting and disconnecting, finally they’re both fully charged, and guess what They sound like sh*t

I feel this 100% I had to play around with it a little and change the equalizer to Jlab signature and change my apple music equaliser as well lol that's what made them decent in the end for what i paid anyways.

Still didn't work. The left earbud's light (on the actual earbud) shows blue when it's in the charging case, but it doesn't say "JLab on" or show any further light when removed from the case, nor does the left side charging indicator come on.

yike sounds like a defective bud, you might want to contact jlab and see if yo can get a free replacement. but if you want to try one last thing you can try and and ""Put them in their box, close it for 5-10 seconds, then reopen it, and tap one of the sides 7 times. That didn't work. What I did was I let it discharge for 2 days and charged it again. Now it works.

Hi, each of my headphones seem to linked to a different device name in my Bluetooth settings. Not sure how this happened? Would you have any advice?

I have never heard of that, the only think you could do is try to forget them, or get them under one device name if possible.
