Can I Use Annular cutter on Pedestal Drilling machine.
@dozerattachmentsandmore55742 жыл бұрын
You will need an adaptor to hold the cutter here is an example carbideprocessors.com/1-2-chuck-to-annular-adapter-unibor-chuc11/ . You are limited in size you can go, and wont be able to drill the size I am or bigger showed in the video. Depending on horse power and quality of chuck you can drill up to or around 1 3/4". You also need a tight running machine that is not loose or has weird harmonic vibrations, that tends to break cutters. Clamping the work down to the table with an air gap a bit wider than the material you are cutting through is also helpful. Here is a video of a youtuber using one kzbin.info/www/bejne/oZ-yapRno6d1iKc

Other dozer blades have dual cylinders to control the angle. You have one cylinder. Can you explain the pros/cons of each design?
@dozerattachmentsandmore55742 жыл бұрын
The way I make it has pretty good leverage and I do use a large diameter cylinder. The double cylinder will have better fine control and wear, but the maintenance and repair down the line is more complicated. Their blades are made for hard everyday use. I try to make things straight forward and easy to repair, by the middle of the road users that don't want to spend up to $12000 compared to my $6400, on a blade they use on occasion or semi-professionally.

@@lumberjackdreamer6267 It weighs about the same though built differently, and and it is priced about the same to $2000 more depending on the website. Also there appears to be availability issues with some of the sites. They are a good brand and well constructed.

Disappointed in your video. I must say, that took a lot of your time to make, but you told us ABSOLUTELY nothing about the machine, it's dies, its capabilities. Nada. Nothing.. But, we do know that you scored in an auction sometime prior to video production . That part is nice.

Hello, how an 8’ blade cost? Is it suitable to use with BobCat T650 model? Thank you!
@dozerattachmentsandmore55743 жыл бұрын
$5150. Your machine is just big enough traction wise though you might have some problems going uphill or when taking a heavy cut. I can also make it in 7 and 7.5 foot width. I designed this blade for the tracked loader because of the power and traction behind it, with good results. I make a lighter duty blade but don't recommend it for tracked machines. Nice info, actually applies to my situation. What Amp fuse would you suggest I use? The machine is a backhoe so the battery is quite large but still 12v Also would it be smart to wire it up to the "aux" connector on the ignition key switch since that is the closest 12v place to plug it in that is only on when the machine is

@@dozerattachmentsandmore5574 What about if I have two "double stack" selinoids ? So there are 4 sets of positive and negative connections, when I push the button to fire let's say to angle left will it allow the hydraulic flow to go through and push the right cylinder out ? I bought a bobcat 6 way dozer blade and ditched the computer and harness. I have a New Holland with no electrical hook up so I have basically a wireless set up I put together that uses a 12v dewalt battery with an adapter clip for 12v power to a wireless switch that runs 4 aux connections, has a remote with 4 buttons. Just waiting on the parts. I used the same set up for a cement mixer attachment that's just on and off on the diverter valve for my skid steer and it works great.
