The seeder is just a box with a hole for the hose, a valve and a plate with small holes in it, why on earth would you pay the silly money for them, it's the easiest diy project ever. And stop buying plates, just cut a bit of mdf and drill the right sized holes in it in the correct positions.

Thanks for the nice video. I just got an ez seeder and am using it for the first time today, this answered all my questions. Time to get out there and do it myself.
