This technic is good for small heat exchangers but it is not very good (almost impossible) for bigger heat exchangers. There are heat exchangers with plates diameter up to 400mm and thickness of 15 to 20mm. I don't think so you can weld so easy these types of heat exchangers

That's brazing, not welding as it doesn't melt the parent metal. Viewers should visit proper welding forums for detailed info. This video is not more than clickbait.

Hello a great guy. I am from Europe and I need to weld some copper parts with acetylene-oxygen. I have some special rods 99% copper + 1% silver. But I do not understand the word FLUX. What is the FLUX exactly? Has it a commercial or chemistry name?

Flux in this context refers to a chemical agent that cleans the metal such that a good bond can be created. Flux is commonly used in soldering and welding and is applied to the surfaces before proceeding. There are many chemical agents that can be used as flux.
