Personal ranking: 13: 4/10 Creepy, but not in a good way like 5 or 11. Possibly the worst track Cat: 7/10 Very iconic, but a tad overrated, for the reason of being, very likely, the first disc a player will listen to .Nostalgia bumps it up a little Blocks: 7/10 Cheery, sucker for Banjos, the length is admirable Chirp: 8.5/10 All-time classic, beginning sounds like something in an Elderly Home, a short part of it sounded a little like Latin music, then proceeds to continue and end with a very jaunty beat Far: 7/10 Sorta reminds me of caving in really old versions of Minecraft, it has such a calming beat, proceeds into something I would hear in a Japanese garden in a movie Mall: 7/10 Getting a similar vibe to Far, and it starts having a very groovy beat near the middle. Mellohi: 7/10 Walz sorta beat, feels very dramatic, sort of like a duel waiting to commence Stal: 6/10 The beginning is fantastic, a very jazzy, hotel lobby esque beat, then the recorder ruins the mood, then proceeds to continue fantastically,and ends with a 3rd grader playing the recorder Strad: 9.5/10 It’s in my top 3. The steel pans just give me the mood of old Minecraft, exploring through big landscapes and forests, a very tropical feel, back3d up by the percussion at the end Ward: 10/10 It picks up very slowly in pace, which I ADORE. The amount of groove this song has is surreal. It still maintains a creepy feel to it, whilst being an absolute banger. The beginning puts off so many people, expecting a track like 13, but this song is SO much more than that. The 8 bit, combined with what seems to be an Indian inspired beat. The ending ends in a bit of a more cheery note. By far my favourite Disc as of right now 11: 6/10 Unironically amazing for the job it portrays as lore, and eeriness Wait: 7/10 Feels like a song I would hear in the backround of a KZbin documentary about Minecraft Pigstep: 8.5/10 Official Minecraft Dubstep, using obscure noises such as sizzling bacon (I’m deadass), or in game sounds, resulting in an amazing Disc Otherside 9/10 Such a jolly disc. In my eyes this portrays the journey of the first day. Beginning with a lot of wonder, and excitement, then the middle starts going on a different key, presenting perhaps the player encountering the big unknown or Minecraft, including it’s dangers, the flute, beginning to sound more dark, and ending very abruptly. Sorta showcasing the end of some sorts (not any expert at all, just saying what I’m feeling from the song ) 5: 5/10 I can’t explain the level of LSD trips in this disc, it feels so bizarre, in a good way Relic: 7/10 Such a jaunty beat, captures the essence of C418 Precipice: 9/10 rpg battle (ahem Undertale). Very epic sounding, a battle between 2 legends, and just takes my breath away at the level of talent Aaron has Creator: 9.5 Sucker for Steampunk sounding beats, it’s so amazingly tied together. In the middle I kinda feel “Italian alleyway in an Old City” vibes . Very unexpected E-Guitar Music Box: 8/10 VERY underrated. i came up with a theory. what if the music discs with numbers are lost recordings of players who lived in that world before you? and they wanted to leave some kind of mark to say that they were in that world? also some of the naturally generated structures could be just things past players have built. you might be wondering what happened to the past players, and where are they.. well what if all players spawn in hardcore except you, because you are the exception. you are the only player with the ability to respawn and decide your difficulty. (unless you decide to be in hardcore) the numbers of the discs could also represent how many years the player has managed to survive in that world, or something to do with the date they died? dunno
