Dude I’ve been fishing there since I was 10 years old and is not easy to pull snappers that side good job. They just to be a another bridge on the other side they took it down you used to be able to catch shrimps there too

I fished many hours on D. Pier in the 70s. Would spend entire weekends here popping Nodoz to stay awake. Don had the best honey buns back at the restaurant. Enjoy your there.

No for real they have been long discontinued but I’m thankful for this one in brand new condition gifted to me, I started the channel with a similar peen ss500 like in 2019 I remember how hard it was to find that screw for the bail man it took me like 3 months and a subscriber found it for me and mailed it to me

Both work but personal preference I like the pilchard, the shrimp instantly attracts everything in my opinion

why do some people put there baits in water and ice, with salt too, I have even seen baking soda added. You're method seems easier without the water/ice, and makes more sense, maybe i am missing something. thanks

The ice water is more of a brine to stiffen the meat but the way I do it is to dehydrate them
