Thanks for giving a sense of direction! I started gym today and I did the cycling bike 35 minutes and tried my luck at the elliptical and my lower back was screaming! I couldn't get to the car fast enough. I told myself no elliptical tomorrow just cardio and maybe weights! I'm glad I stopped by your page. Thank you

Hello Coach, I'm a complete beginner, and I often struggle to understand exercises and movements. However, I took your advice to heart and dedicated time to understand the workout. I’m happy to say that I succeeded! I tried all the moves and appreciated how you performed them slowly, making it easier for people like me to follow along.
